The Martin's Additions, MD, Code of Ordinances outlines their own set of standards and codes for buildling construction; however, because most building activities also require a county building permit, the Montgomery County building codes likely apply:

Montgomery County, MD, adopted the 2012 IBC and IRC. Sections 8-13 and 8-14 of the Montgomery County Code (MCC) COMCOR 08.00.02 (adopted), 08.00.02.03. Section 101.1 (amended).
